Solace Hotel Puerto Varas

The Junior Suite Twin offered spacious comfort and great views. Unfortunately, the noise from the corridor interrupted our sleep.

Have stayed many times at the Solace. Enjoy the facility, the restaurant and especially the staff.

The staff were friendly and check-in was prompt with a good complimentary breakfast upon arrival. The location was tranquil yet close to the vibrant town square was great.

I absolutely loved the Solace Hotel. From the minute we arrived until the minute we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and our room had a gorgeous view of the lake and volcano. The facilities are new and beautiful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a variety of fruit, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals and more. It is an extremely good value. Puerto Varas is one of my favorite spots in Chile and I will never stay anywhere else.

Wonderful hotel with incredible location close to the downtown area & casino, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I had a good-sized and extremely pleasant room with great bed and central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped business center and multiple meeting rooms capable of accommodating up to 230 persons. The convenient location allowed easy access to downtown attractions, and the breakfast featured an excellent variety of fresh options.

The closet door alignment with the bathroom door was a minor inconvenience.

We were greeted by the nice and kind staff. The room was compact with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

Hotel had great views of lake and reception staff were very helpful in booking our two day trip to Bariloche when we arrived and was able to go next day. breakfast was good and location to main square was walking distance.

The views of Volcano Osorno from the room are fine! The room was spacious and comfy, with great heating. The noise from the corridor was a bit bothersome 😅

Good roomy room, new hotel, good breakfast, clean, helpful staff (but see below about internet)

Poor internet, constantly having to ask to reset the router, slow connection. Staff not trained sufficiently to cope with this. Breakfast tables not cleared fast enough. Empty tables often left uncleared for too long of previous guests mess. Maybe a staffing problem as I saw a manager/owner often clearing tables after a delay.

Really good staff attention

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with recommendations on my first visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.

The Junior Suite Twin was super comfy with nice beds and pillows. We had great views through big windows, but it was a bummer that they were clouded over. The shower was solid and the breakfast had a ton of options, although the coffee could've been stronger. One downside was the noise from the corridor. We got woken up early by a group leaving. It was a nice stay, would recommend it!

Great spot for breakfast!

We had a super spacious room and the breakfast was unreal-so many options! The views of the church were nice too. Just a heads-up, the heating in our room took a minute to kick in, so it was a bit chilly at first. Loved the healthy bites at breakfast. Nice vibe overall!
